Education and Training
AtriCure is highly committed to training and education and provides robust blended training programs to develop expertise and support optimal clinical outcomes. Our faculty/trainers are experts in the field of treatment of atrial fibrillation/LAA management and the use of AtriCure products to demonstrate safe and effective use to other HCPs.
Objectives
AtriCure courses feature both didactic and hands-on training from highly experienced AF physicians and covering a broad range of relevant topics:

Training Courses
We are highly committed to training and education, delivering robust blended learning programs designed to develop clinical expertise and support improved patient outcomes. Our courses are led by expert faculty with extensive experience in atrial fibrillation and LAA management, and combine high-quality didactic education with hands-on training. Delivered by experienced AF surgeons and electrophysiologists, the curriculum covers a broad range of clinically relevant topics to support real-world practice.
Educational Events
Our educational events, including Navigating the Maze and the Hybrid Summit, provide expert-led scientific forums focused on advancing atrial fibrillation and LAA management. These meetings combine didactic presentations with case-based discussion and peer-to-peer exchange, supporting multidisciplinary collaboration and real-world clinical decision-making.
Proctorships
These are one-to-one physician training events conducted at the trainee’s hospital to help expand device knowledge and to enhance technical and device related skill sets. Proctorships focus on the following areas: patient selection, pre, intra and post-surgical patient management, surgical technique, complication management and coordinated care.
Case Observations
This program is for physicians that have attended an AtriCure didactic course and a hands-on workshop and are geared to begin treating patients. The number of attendees is limited, giving each participant the opportunity to interact with world-class faculty, observe their surgical technique and discuss best practices.
